Since July 2003 La Clinica de Tolosa has been a dental home for underserved children in San Luis Obispo County providing a full range of pediatric dental care including preventive care, oral health education, restorative treatment, emergency care, and hospital based services on a regular basis.

Clinic Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (closed from 12-1pm for lunch). 
Closed on all major holidays.

Age Restrictions:   

La Clinica de Tolosa provides dental care for underserved children throughout San Luis Obispo County:

• Age 12 and under
• Foster Care Program children under the age of 18 

Payment Options: 

Payment for appointments can be made in any of the following ways:

• Public Insurance Programs---
• Medi-Cal (Denti-Cal) / Healthy Families / Healthy Kids
• Cash (sliding scale based on income)
• VISA / MasterCard / Money Order

NOTE:

  La Clinica de Tolosa does not offer a payment plan.  Payment is due at the time of treatment. No personal checks are accepted.
